Job Description
- Manage and oversee the collections process for the O2C function.
- Set up and implement effective collection strategies and policies.
- Work closely with clients to resolve payment-related issues and maintain relationships.
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Analyse and report on collection metrics and trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Handle escalations and complex cases with a solution-oriented approach.
