Job Description
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a variety of commercial agreements, including IT, SAAS,customer, vendor, partnership, licensing, and confidentiality agreements.
- Provide practical legal guidance on commercial, technology, privacy, and regulatory matters.
- Assess and mitigate legal risks while balancing business objectives.
- Manage contract workflows, templates, and repositories using contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools, preferrably SpotDraft.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Product, Procurement, Finance, Security, and Leadership functions.




- Support the development of legal policies, contract playbooks, and process improvement initiatives.

The Successful Applicant
- LL.B/LL.M
- PQE : 4-6 years
- Experience in reviewing and drafting legal documents.
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory processes.
- Solid organisational and communication skills.
- Knowledge and experience of CLM tools, preferably Spotdraft is mandatory
