Role Description This full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role is based in the Pune Division. The position involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with clients in target industries, including outreach, meetings, and presentations.



The Business Development Executive will generate and qualify leads, manage a sales pipeline, and collaborate with internal recruiting teams to align client needs with talent solutions. Daily responsibilities include developing proposals, negotiating terms, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction. The role also requires tracking performance metrics, reporting on business development activities, and contributing to growth strategies in collaboration with leadership.

Qualifications
- Ability to drive New Business Development and create growth opportunities with prospective and existing clients.
- Minimum 3-5 yrs of experience is required. This is a Hunter role.
- Strong Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, market research, and pipeline management.
- Solid Business acumen with an understanding of staffing, recruiting, or skilled
