Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Design and refine advanced prompts tailored for diverse healthcare use cases including clinical reasoning, summarization, report generation, and patient support, Build structured prompt workflows using system/user separation, examples, and context window tuning, Evaluate prompt effectiveness using human reviews, automated metrics, and continuous feedback from deployments, Compare and experiment with prompting, fine-tuning, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) approaches, Build internal tools and guidance systems that empower both Qure team members and external users to seamlessly interact with AI assistants within our products, Create and manage prompt libraries with version control and traceability, Run targeted experiments to improve accuracy, reduce hallucinations, and align output with medical compliance requirements, Work closely with product, data science and clinical research teams to translate problem statements into prompt-first LLM workflows, Contribute to prompt design standards and train internal teams to build reliable,



scalable prompt systems, Help define and disseminate best practices for using prompts in developer tools and editors (e-g ,Cursor, ChatGPT), establishing internal standards that enhance productivity and consistency across teams, Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, Proven experience in prompt engineering or LLM-focused development,
- Deep understanding of LLMs: context limits, tokenization, temperature tuning, system/user structure, A/B testing experience for prompt optimization, Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source models, Ability to create, test, and version prompts programmatically using Python, Transparent thinking and crisp writing, youll need to communicate intent, edge cases, and prompt logic clearly, Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills, Preferred Skills
