This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Associate Technical Consultant | Cloud & Platform Engineering based in India.
This role combines client engagement leadership, people management, technical delivery, and practice development within a modern cloud and AI environment. You will own engagements end to end, acting as the primary client contact and ensuring strong governance, delivery quality, and measurable outcomes. You will lead a small engineering pod, supporting team development, staffing, utilization, and performance. Your technical work will span multi-cloud platforms, platform engineering, identity, networking, security, applications, and data. You will also help turn technical discoveries into explicit recommendations, executive narratives, and actionable roadmaps. Beyond individual engagements, you will shape reusable methodologies and offerings that improve consistency, scalability, and delivery excellence.

Accountabilities:




Own client engagements from kickoff through executive readout, serving as the primary customer contact and single point of accountability for scope, governance, delivery, and outcomes.
Establish success criteria, manage Statements of Work and change control, and maintain alignment between stakeholders throughout the engagement lifecycle.
Lead engagement governance through standups, status reporting, steering reviews, RAID management, decision tracking, and proactive risk escalation.
Ensure quality and readiness of client-facing deliverables through peer reviews, structured checkpoints, and consistent delivery standards.
Lead a 2–3 person pod, coordinating discovery, analysis, delivery, and executive readout activities while ensuring appropriate staffing for each engagement.
Set goals for pod members, provide ongoing coaching and feedback, and support their professional and technical development.
