Accountabilities
Support multiple departments with day-to-day operational activities and ongoing projects.
Prepare, organize, update, and maintain reports, documentation, internal databases, and other business records.
Perform data entry, validation, tracking, and basic analysis across different teams while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Assist with reporting and data management using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Help coordinate activities between departments and follow up on action items to ensure projects progress efficiently.
Conduct research and gather relevant information to support business initiatives and internal projects.
Identify opportunities to improve workflows, processes, and operational efficiency.
