This is a senior, high-impact opportunity to lead the launch of an AI technology offering in a new market and build the team needed to make it successful. You’ll operate with significant autonomy, combining technical leadership, customer strategy, commercial thinking, and hands-on execution. The role centers on helping strategic customers solve complex problems through voice and audio AI, from initial discovery through production deployment. You’ll hire and lead a regional team of forward-deployed engineers while working closely with customer engineering and executive teams. You’ll also bring insights from the field back to Research and Product teams to influence future products and models. This is a remote-first role with regular customer travel, suited to an entrepreneurial leader who thrives in high-velocity environments.

Accountabilities:
Lead the launch and growth of a new market,



taking end-to-end ownership of customer acquisition, deployment, team building, and market development.
Engage directly with strategic customers to understand critical business, audio, and voice AI needs and identify high-value opportunities.
Hire, build, and lead a high-performing regional team of forward-deployed engineers, establishing a team-oriented, accountable, and results-oriented culture.
Identify customer use cases through deep discovery of workflows and operational challenges, then partner with engineers to develop innovative AI-powered solutions.
Design and architect bespoke integrations that embed voice and audio AI technology seamlessly into customer products and operational environments.
Advise customers on implementation best practices to maximize the effectiveness, reliability, and business value of AI models.
