Job Summary Iron Mountain is seeking a detail-oriented CMDB Administrator, ServiceNow to join our Information Technology team.
In this role,



you will be responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and governing the ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to ensure high data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility across the enterprise. You will work directly alongside infrastructure teams, application owners, and auditors to drive data certification, monitor discovery health, and support seamless operational workflows.
What You'll Do
In this role, you will:
Manage CMDB and Discovery Operations: Maintain, optimize, and configure the ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB), while monitoring the health of ServiceNow Discovery, Management, Instrumentation, and Discovery (MID) servers, identification rules, and service mapping patterns.
Collaborate and Integrate Systems: Partner with cross-functional infrastructure teams, application owners, Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) administrators, and Merger & Acquisi
