About the Role
We’re building out our digital marketing team, and we’re looking for a Paid Media Specialist to run paid search and social campaigns that deliver a real return, not just clicks.

you’ll have the space to influence how our websites and digital channels perform, while working closely with people who care about doing the right thing for our customers. You’re curious, practical, and happy to roll up your sleeves when needed — and you’re motivated by making things better, not just bigger.
Day-to-Day, You Will
Plan, run and optimise Google Ads campaigns (Search, Performance Max) and Meta Ads campaigns end to end.
Build retargeting and remarketing campaigns that bring warm audiences back through the funnel.
Optimise campaigns for the full conversion funnel, not just clicks — working closely with the Web & Design Specialist on landing page performance.
Track and report on ROAS and attribution, and use what you learn to keep improving spend efficiency.
Keep on top of AI-led tools like Smart Bidding, Performance Max and Meta Advantage+, and use them to get more from every budget.
