This open position is for Armanino India LLP. Armanino India LLP is a fully owned subsidiary of Armanino (USA).
Responsibilities:




Own end-to-end integration architecture across Workday HCM, Financials, and third-party systems, ensuring scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
Define integration strategy and patterns, including use of Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, APIs, and middleware platforms.
Lead solution design workshops with clients and internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical architectures.
Provide hands-on leadership in designing and building complex integrations, including transformations, orchestration, and data mapping.
Establish architecture standards, frameworks, and reusable components to drive consistency across projects and managed services.
Perform design reviews and govern integration quality, including error handling, performance optimization, and security compliance.
Partner with US and global teams to co-create solutions and align architecture with enterprise and client strategies.
