What would you do? • Team • Lead a large global Supply Planning organization of 250+ professionals, including Senior Managers, Managers, Associate Managers, Team Leads,



Senior Analysts and Analysts across multiple markets and planning environments. • You will be part of Supply Chain Planning Team which is responsible for end to end supply planning and execution • Masters degree in Supply Chain MBA Operations Analytics Business Management or equivalent• Experience leading largescale planning transformation, operating model design, technology-enabled planning and global delivery organizations. • • Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into scalable supply planning processes, technology solutions and measurable business outcomes.
What are we looking for? • • 20 to 25+ years of progressive experience in Supply Planning, Supply Chain Operations and Supply Chain Transformation, with significant experience leading global planning organizations. • • Robust FMCG Consumer Goods experience is essential, with demonstrated understanding of highvolume, multiSKU and multi-market supply chains. • • Proven experience leading
