This role is responsible for leading the design, execution,
and optimisation of NAB Assist’s collections strategy and decision analytics across Retail and Business products. It is a techno‑functional position that involves developing and delivering risk scoring models, treatment strategies, and collection processes, while also driving portfolio monitoring for delinquent loans and supporting key initiatives to effectively manage portfolio performance.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Act as the SME for collections strategy, decisioning practices, and existing processes across the NAB Assist portfolio.
Lead the design, execution, and optimisation of collections strategies for retail and business lending products.
Oversee portfolio analysis and monitoring to identify risks, trends, and uplift opportunities.
Drive champion–challenger testing, assess outcomes, and ensure continuous improvement in strategy effectiveness.
Guide and mentor analysts, providing support on data models, KPI logic, and analytical best
