Job Summary
We're seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the team building next-generation distribution capabilities for our index products. You'll be delivering index data to the global financial community across multiple channels including APIs, cloud data platforms, file-based delivery, and AI-native protocols. Reliability, security, and data quality are non-negotiable as we build out scalable, cloud-native infrastructure.
The ideal candidate is a self-sufficient,



technically excellent engineer who can lead through architectural clarity, thorough code review, and hands-on delivery. You combine robust expertise in system design, data modelling, and debugging with genuine passion for how AI tooling is redefining software engineering. This is an individual contributor role where you will lead through the quality of your thinking and your engineering standards.
AI-First Engineering This team operates with an AI-first approach. We expect hands-on experience with AI development tooling: terminal-based agents, AI-augmented IDEs, and automated workflows. You are ultimately accountable for production quality, security, and correctness. This means owning infrastructure review, security validation, system observability, and operational guardrails.
