This role is designed for an experienced project leader with strong expertise in Agile and Scrum delivery. You will oversee projects from planning through execution, ensuring teams remain aligned with business objectives and delivery commitments. The position combines Scrum Master responsibilities, project governance, stakeholder engagement, and risk management. You will work with distributed teams and contribute to global rollouts across multiple geographies. The role also involves facilitating Agile ceremonies, managing sprint execution, and tracking delivery through clear metrics. It is well suited to a seasoned qualified who can lead large teams while fostering effective Agile practices.

Accountabilities:
Manage end-to-end project delivery, leveraging Agile and Scrum practices to ensure projects are completed according to agreed timelines, scope, quality, and objectives.




Act as Scrum Master and Agile Practitioner, facilitating Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog-related activities.
Lead sprint planning and execution, ensuring stories are clearly understood, appropriately prioritized, and progressing according to the delivery plan.
Create and maintain burndown charts and daily tracking mechanisms to monitor sprint progress, including delivery across multiple stories and team members.
Coordinate project planning activities, defining milestones, dependencies, resources, delivery plans, and execution strategies.
Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and impediments, proactively identifying challenges and driving appropriate mitigation and resolution.
Manage relationships with business stakeholders, delivery teams, leadership, and other project participants, ensuring transparent communication throughout the project
