This is a senior technology project management role focused on delivering complex initiatives across product and software engineering teams. You will oversee multiple projects, coordinating scope, timelines, dependencies, budgets, resources, and delivery outcomes. Working across technical and non-technical stakeholders, you will bring structure, transparency, and accountability to high-impact programs. The role combines Agile leadership with strong project governance and executive-level communication. You’ll help teams improve throughput, collaboration, and delivery predictability while proactively managing risks and issues. You’ll also contribute to evolving project management practices across a geographically distributed technology organization. Accountabilities:




Lead and oversee multiple technology projects of varying complexity, ensuring delivery against agreed scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
Partner closely with product management and cross-functional software engineering teams to align priorities, dependencies, and delivery plans.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans covering scope, timelines, budgets, resources, milestones, and dependencies.
Facilitate dependency management, project governance, Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, planning sessions, and other delivery activities.
Manage cross-functional project teams, including software engineers, QA professionals, product stakeholders, and other technical contributors.
Communicate project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions clearly to executives, sponsors, clients, and other stakeholders.
