A Day in the Life
The Soft Tissue Implants business provides implantable solutions used in soft tissue repair and reinforcement, including sutures and hernia repair products. The team partners with surgeons, hospitals, and surgical staff to support procedural outcomes through clinical education, product expertise, and therapy adoption across healthcare institutions.
This role supports the Soft Tissue Implants portfolio within a defined territory covering parts of Kolkata, India. The position follows a work from home style with regular field-based customer engagement across assigned accounts.



Approximately 30% travel is required to support customer meetings, case coverage, training activities, and business development initiatives within the territory.
The Sales Executive is responsible for driving portfolio growth across the assigned territory by developing relationships with surgeons, clinical teams, and hospital stakeholders. This role combines commercial execution with clinical support responsibilities, including product education, surgical case coverage, customer training, and account development for the Soft Tissue Implants portfolio.
