This role sits at the intersection of AI engineering, developer experience, and platform enablement. You’ll design and build internal AI-powered tooling that helps developers automate remediation, modernization, and migration workflows. The position combines hands-on software development with the deployment and integration of LLM-based assistants, code analysis agents, and AI-enabled CI/CD capabilities. You’ll become a trusted technical resource for developers, troubleshooting issues and helping teams adopt AI-assisted development effectively. Success will be measured through tangible improvements such as faster upgrade cycles, reduced manual effort, and lower operational costs. Accountabilities:
Design, develop,



and maintain internal AI-powered tooling that supports automated remediation, migration, and modernization workflows across developer platforms.
Build and integrate AI solutions, including LLM-based assistants, code analysis agents, and AI-enabled tools within existing developer workflows.
Integrate AI capabilities into build processes, upgrade cycles, security patching workflows, and CI/CD pipelines.
Serve as a subject matter expert and first point of support for developers encountering issues with AI-enabled development tools.
Troubleshoot technical issues across AI tooling, developer workflows, and supporting infrastructure, providing timely and practical solutions.
Collaborate with engineering teams to identify opportunities where AI can improve development efficiency, automation, and software maintenance.
