About the Role
As an Analyst Lead, Sourcing, you will lead strategic sourcing initiatives across Skilled Services, Consulting Services, Managed Services, and Third-Party Labor categories. You will drive commercial value, supplier performance, risk management, and operational efficiency through effective sourcing and contracting strategies. Working closely with business, finance, legal, risk, and supplier stakeholders, you will influence sourcing decisions and support enterprise objectives. Success in this role is measured through value creation, supplier outcomes, stakeholder satisfaction, compliance, and execution excellence.
What You Will Be Doing
• Develop and execute category strategies for Professional Services, Consulting Services, Managed Services,
and Third-Party Labor.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing activities including RFI, RFP, RFQ, supplier evaluation, negotiation, and award recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to optimize costs, improve supplier performance, and reduce business and contractual risks.
• Conduct market intelligence, benchmarking, spend analysis, and supplier assessments to support sourcing decisions.
• Manage strategic supplier relationships and drive performance against contractual obligations and service levels.
• Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing structures, rate cards, and Statements of Work to maximize business value.
• Partner with legal, finance, risk, and business teams to support contract execution, renewals, and governance activities.
• Ensure supplier engagements align with procurement policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards.
