Summary of the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP implementation. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ERP systems, able to translate business requirements into efficient system solutions. Key Responsibilities:

Support senior consultants in implementing Business Central ERP solutions for clients.
Work closely with clients to understand business needs and optimize financial and operational processes.
Provide guidance on all modules within Business Central with specific focus on UK Construction Industry practices
Should have a knack for engaging in conversations for data gathering and process understanding.
Provide 2nd line support post Go live
Assist in system configuration.
Participate in training sessions to develop ERP expertise.
Work on data entry, report generation, and system testing.




Collaborate with teams to understand business requirements and optimize solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance ERP capabilities and align with business growth objectives

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Qualified Chartered Accountant with min 5 years of work experience in Business Central ERP either as an end user or as a systems implementation expert
Proven experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP in diverse industries.
Enthusiastic and willing to learn ERP implementation.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and optimize ERP workflows.
Effective communication skills to engage stakeholders and manage project expectations.
Knowledge of Construction Industry is a Plus
Positive presentation skills and experience of presentation with senior management will be advantageous
Ability to manage multiple projects
Well versed with MS office
Experience in SQL, Power BI, or other data analysis
