Head – Sales & Marketing

Job Summary

CPPL is seeking a dynamic, results-driven sales and marketing professional to generate recent business, acquire OEM and Tier-1 customers, promote its tool-room and manufacturing capabilities, and achieve revenue targets. The candidate must understand the tool-room industry and have strong communication, commercial, technical and cross-functional leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

Develop sales and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads and drive order inflow.
Generate business for tool-room services, progressive and stage press tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, CNC/VMC machining, sheet-metal stamping, precision components, assemblies and sub-assemblies.
Acquire OEMs, Tier-1 customers and strategic industrial accounts across automotive, HVAC, construction equipment, electrical and other manufacturing sectors.
Drive vendor registrations and manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation, RFQs and quotations to negotiation, order closure,



revenue realization and collections.
Read drawings and RFQs, understand technical requirements and submit accurate, competitive quotations promptly.
Secure new orders, coordinate order confirmations and share execution time plans with customers.
Review order progress with engineering, tool room, production, quality, costing and finance teams to ensure on-time delivery.
Develop profitable pricing strategies and improve RFQ-to-order conversion.
Set and achieve monthly sales targets; monitor order bookings, pipeline, revenue, margins and conversion ratios.
Build and lead the sales and marketing team, define KPIs and conduct performance reviews.
Create brochures, presentations, product catalogues, case studies, website content and other sales collateral.
Manage digital marketing, email campaigns, social media, SEO, advertising and website visibility.
