Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Own and manage the engineering delivery of digital products, customer-facing applications, and enterprise technology platforms.
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of software engineers, technical leads, and architects, fostering a culture of engineering excellence, innovation, and accountability.
Drive Agile delivery practices across engineering teams and ensure effective sprint planning, execution, release management, and continuous improvement.
Build and develop high-performing engineering teams through coaching, mentoring, and structured career development initiatives.
Manage vendor and partner relationships, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and technology standards.
Establish engineering performance dashboards and track key delivery metrics, quality metrics, productivity indicators, system reliability, and customer experience measures to drive data-driven decision making.
Manage complexity with a logical, analytical, and outcome-oriented approach.




Build succession plans and strengthen technology capabilities within the engineering organization.

Communication & Collaboration

Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Partner with product, business, architecture, infrastructure, cloud, and security teams to deliver business-aligned technology solutions.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless integration of digital products and technologies.
Provide leadership updates on engineering initiatives, delivery health, technology risks, team performance, and business outcomes.
Drive alignment between technology strategy and business objectives.

Budget Management & Cost Control

Develop and manage engineering budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Monitor and optimize technology, cloud infrastructure, and platform costs while maintaining service quality and operational excellence.
