Role Summary:
We are looking for a Backend Engineer with robust expertise in Python and/or Node.js and hands-on experience building cloud-native applications on AWS. The role focuses on designing, developing, and supporting scalable backend services, APIs, data integration solutions, and event-driven applications that enable critical business capabilities.

Core Responsibilities:




Engage with business stakeholders and other team members to ensure solutions are aligned to business outcomes.
Brings structure to business requests, translates requirements into an analytical approach, and executes through to completion.
Works with the technical lead and the team to develop solutions, ensuring alignment to security and architectural standards.
Understands Vanguard's tools, technologies, applications, and processes.
Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement.
Provides support to other team members in building skills and improving engineering practices.

Qualifications and Skills
Minimum 3 years of experience in application development, system analysis, or database management.
Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Computer Science or IT, or bachelor’s in computer applications (BCA).
3-5 years of professional experience in software development
Proven experience in full-stack development
