Software Development - Advisor
What will you do:
Architect, design, and lead development of enterprise-scale web applications using Angular (latest versions) and up-to-date frontend technologies.
Drive frontend architecture decisions, ensuring scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
Build and maintain highly responsive, accessible, and cross-browser compatible user interfaces.
Define and enforce frontend coding standards, best practices, and design patterns across teams.
Collaborate closely with backend teams (Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs)



to design efficient and scalable end-to-end solutions.
Lead complex UI integrations with RESTful services, authentication mechanisms, and enterprise systems.
Take full ownership of critical UI components and shared libraries, focusing on reuse and continuous improvement.
Perform and lead regular code reviews, mentoring senior and junior developers to elevate overall code quality.
Analyze and troubleshoot complex performance, rendering, memory, and integration issues across the application.
Work in an Agile/Scrum environment, contributing to sprint planning, estimations, and technical grooming.
Partner with QA teams to clarify requirements, review test strategies, and ensure high test coverage.
Drive UI automation testing strategy and ensure maintainability of test suites.
Champion DevOps practices for frontend applications (build pipelines, quality gates, release automation).
