Job Title: Software Technologist I – Full Stack Development Engineer
Your role:
Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions.
Design and implement client-side and server-side requirements.
Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design.
Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications.
Write effective APIs.
Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency.
Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software.
Create security and data protection settings.
Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design.
Write technical documentation.

To improve productivity / reduce release cycle time through effective use of AI.

We expect all candidates to be adept in using these tools to enhance productivity, improve code quality, and collaborate effectively. This includes:
Using AI tools for code generation, refactoring, and documentation.
Understanding prompts and model behavior for high-accuracy suggestions.
Applying AI in debugging, test case creation, and code reviews.
Familiarity with productivity enhancements and limitations of AI tooling.
This capability is mandatory for all engineering roles on the team.
You're the right fit if:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information technology.
5+ years of proven experience as a Java Full Stack Developer.
Experience developing desktop and mobile applications.
Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries like HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery.
Experience in JavaScript frameworks Angular, React, Node.js and multiple back-end languages like Java, Python.
Familiarity with databases MySQL, MongoDB, web serve
