Role Summary:• 10-15 years of experience• Good domain exposure on any MES/ Industry 4.0 applications/solution• Worked on full MES software development lifecycle - design, development, implementation, testing, support• Participate and drive discussion with customer program team to develop detailed project plan• Manage the overall project progress & monitor and manage risks• Status reporting to all the stakeholders• Valuable hold over escalation management and effective communication • Measure project success against budget, original scope, business objectives• Participate and drive the high-level Business requirements and work with account manager for the closure• Engages with Senior leadership for program Governance direction and strategy recommendations• Worked on onsite – offshore model for solution delivery
