As a Project Engineer for Services, you will be part of a agile engineering team based in Pune/Noida, working under the guidance of a Team Lead. Your day will involve collaborating with global project managers, accomplishing automation projects across multiple industries, and ensuring high-quality, cost-effective delivery.



You'll visit customer sites to troubleshoot and commission systems, while also mentoring junior engineers and contributing to continuous improvement. You will report to the Manager/TLYour Responsibilities:Project Execution & Delivery: Responsible for, cost-effective, and high-quality project execution that ensures customer satisfaction.Process & Industry Standards: Provide process domain expertise and solutions aligned with industry best practices.Collaboration: Coordinate with Project Managers and regional partners to ensure smooth project engineering services and execution.Project Oversight: Manage all phases of project execution, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.Team Development: Coach junior project engineers to enhance team capabilities and performance.Manage Multiple Projects: Manage and report multiple project deliveries with the complete process adherence, meeting or improving on budget, schedule and quality
