This role is focused on ensuring the smooth, efficient, and consistent delivery of professional learning and training programs. You’ll manage day-to-day learning operations across public and private training initiatives, coordinating learners, instructors, schedules, and logistics. The position plays a key role in creating a seamless experience throughout the training lifecycle, from enrollment and communications through completion. You’ll maintain accurate operational data, reports, documentation, course information, and certification records across multiple platforms. You’ll collaborate with internal teams, instructors, learners, customers, and channel partners in a global environment. Accountabilities:




Support the end-to-end administration and operational delivery of public and private training programs.
Coordinate learner enrollments, training schedules, session logistics, classroom requirements, and instructor availability.
Manage learner communications, including invitations, reminders, scheduling information, and course-related updates.
Maintain accurate training records, schedules, and operational data within Salesforce and other relevant systems.
Create and maintain operational reports, dashboards, documentation, and knowledge resources as required.
Publish and maintain course schedules and certification or training information across relevant partner and certification portals.
Support the maintenance of course catalogs, training materials, content, and related documentation.
Maintain trainer credentials, certification records, accreditation information, and associated requirements.
