• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business
objectives and workforce plans.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening,
interviewing, selection, offer management, and onboarding.

• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline across functions and levels
through various sourcing channels.

• Partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand
manpower requirements and create effective hiring plans.

• Lead, mentor, and guide recruiters and recruitment partners to achieve hiring
targets and service excellence.

• Drive employer branding initiatives to position the organization as an
employer of choice and improve candidate engagement.

• Utilize recruitment technologies, ATS platforms, job portals, social media,
and creative sourcing tools to improve hiring efficiency.

• Track recruitment metrics, analyze hiring trends, prepare MIS reports, and
recommend process improvements.

• Ensure a superior candidate experience throughout the recruitment process




while maintaining compliance with company policies.

• Support diversity hiring, succession planning, and strategic workforce
initiatives.
