You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams across business analysis, architecture, development, QA, and delivery. The position combines project governance, client engagement, financial oversight, and delivery excellence. You will have significant ownership over timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and quality. Accountabilities:
Lead projects through the complete lifecycle, from initiation and planning through delivery, deployment, hypercare, and closure, ensuring scope, timelines, budget, quality,



and deliverables remain on track.
Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, roadmaps, resource requirements, and delivery strategies while coordinating dependencies across multiple workstreams.
Serve as the primary client contact during project execution, leading kick-offs, status meetings, steering committees, executive presentations, and escalation management.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including solution architects, developers, business analysts, QA professionals, delivery managers, and business stakeholders.
Monitor project health, KPIs, milestones, dependencies, risks, assumptions, and issues, maintaining RAID logs and proactively implementing mitigation plans.
Prepare weekly status reports, executive dashboards, project health reports, governance documentation, and leadership updates in accordance with PMO standards.
