Role Overview

Regent Group is seeking a highly skilled and hands-on SEO Specialist to manage
organic search performance across multiple Regent Group brands in Dubai and India.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the SEO Specialist will be responsible for
developing and executing SEO activity across technical SEO, on-page optimisation,
keyword research, content planning, link building and performance reporting.
This is a delivery-focused role. The successful candidate must be able to identify SEO
opportunities, implement improvements, work closely with the web developer and
content team, and take ownership of measurable organic growth. The individual must
be analytical, detail-oriented and comfortable managing several websites and priorities
simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy and Execution
• Develop and implement SEO plans aligned with the objectives of each brands.
• Conduct keyword research, search-intent analysis, competitor analysis and




content-gap assessments.
• Build keyword strategies for programmes, services, locations, campaigns and
priority audience segments.
• Translate SEO recommendations into clear actions, deadlines and measurable
targets.
• Manage SEO activity across multiple websites, brands and geographical
markets.
• Stay informed about search-engine updates and adapt strategies accordingly.
Technical SEO
• Conduct regular technical SEO audits using tools such as Semrush, Screaming
Frog, Google Search Console and PageSpeed Insights.
• Identify and help resolve issues relating to crawling, indexing, redirects,
canonicals, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, structured data and duplicate content.
• Work closely with the web developer to implement technical recommendations.
• Monitor website speed, Core Web Vitals, mobile usability and overall site
performance.
• Review website migrations, redesigns and new-page launches to protect
