Scope:
This role will be a member of the Production Support team for One Network’s Supply Chain Application module suite. ONE Network Supply Chain Application modules are built on the ONE Network Platform, a runtime and SDK for building enterprise business applications. The Supply Chain modules include components at various layers: server-side, integration, supply chain planning engines, work-flow management, user-interface and design-time studio tools.

What we are looking for:
This position will be responsible for L2 – Production Support,



troubleshooting and analyzing bugs and working directly with NOC and Industry Business Units
Education: BS/MS in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain preferred.
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
Must be able to communicate technical issues clearly to individuals with various levels of
Strong technical knowledge of product and should be able to analyze and debug in challenging environments.
Must have strong interpersonal skills when working with non-technical individuals, including customers.

Work either independently or with a group of highly skilled, high intellect engineers to resolve customer and product issues.
Communicate with Network Operations to identify and solve software issues.
Communicate current status of issues to the manager as necessary, based on severity and impact of the issue on the business.
