J&J; Medtech is expanding its footprint in India and is building a Global Capability Center (GCC) for Supply Chain in Bangaluru and Pune. The GCC lead will be tasked to build out the capability center supporting the global SC teams across multiple business units and functions transferring work.
The GCC lead is accountable for providing dedicated, on-site leadership for the MedTech Supply Chain presence in the Bengaluru and Pune Global Capability Center. The role serves as the primary local integrator across hosted MedTech SC functions, creating a unified employee experience, enabling effective execution of global and regional priorities, and ensuring that the Bengaluru and Pune center operates with robust governance, disciplined operating routines, compliant business practices, and a culture grounded in the Johnson & Johnson Credo.
