What this job involves
This role will be part of the Facilities Finance team and will assist with P2P and R2R processes. Your primary responsibility will be to track the monthly vendor invoices against the POs, validate lease rental invoices and initiate payment, monthly billing and coordination with AP team for timely accounting and processing. You will also partake in other process relating to Facility Finance such as treasury cash forecast,
budget and process improvement reviews and any ad hoc projects as assigned.
Meticulous
You will assist in meticulously validating, recording, and authorizing invoices for payment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness at every step.
Lease Rental Payments, Tracking of Invoices against blanket / annual POs
Handle petty cash transactions and keep tracker of expenses for reporting
Track vendor invoices (P2P) process and identify category of spend to enable billing to client
Initiate billing process (R2R) and monitor AR delinquency (if any) and resolve aged issues
Coordinate with site ops team to collect monthly accruals and follow up for aged issues closure
Support Finance manager in gathering base data for annual budget from site ops team
Raise PO request in Client AP process as per the requisitions from Ops team
Maintain Trackers for the POs issued (Capex and Opex) for validation and reporting
Handle vendor invoice escalations and quarterly NDCs
