Role Overview
The Workday Reporting Senior Analyst is a senior lead within the ES Data Operations team, based in Hyderabad. This role is critical for providing strategic, timely, and actionable data insights to stakeholders,



business leaders and CoEs across the organization. Serving as the subject matter expert on all facets of Workday reporting, the Senior Analyst manages the full lifecycle of complex reporting requests—from requirement gathering, strategic consultation, and data architecture analysis to building, delivering, and governing reports. Beyond technical execution, this role drives process automation and reporting enhancements, provides consultative guidance on data strategy, enforces strict data privacy and compliance policies, and consistently adheres to team KPIs and SLAs to deliver a seamless, high-touch employee data experience.
