This role will be responsible for supporting execution of the NAB Assist retail collections strategy and decision analytics.
Experience:
Experience of 2+ years in delivering credit risk/collections strategies
Project management experience
Experience in implementing Learning & Development best practices
Ability to use analytics to develop and prove out strategic concepts
Python, SQL, SAS, PowerBI, Tableau or similar analytical and visualization tools
Tertiary qualifications are not essential but any qualification and experience in Banking and Finance and Collections / Strategy and Decisioning would be highly regarded
Key tasks; accountabilities and challenges of this role:
Leading portfolio analysis, monitoring and creation of collections strategies for retail and business lending products
Ensuring the effectiveness of those strategies, proposing champion/challenger and monitoring outcomes to promote strategy effectively and on-going uplift to drive high intensity and early engagement
