Walter P Moore is looking for highly motivated Structural Engineering professional from top engineering institutions across the world to kickstart and develop their careers with our esteemed firm.
As a Design Engineer I, you will be an integral part of project design teams, working on a diverse range of projects, including commercial, sports, healthcare, education, and public assembly buildings. We seek candidates with a solid technical foundation, a passion for tackling the challenges of assessing existing buildings and infrastructure, for seismic risks, designing retrofits, providing exceptional client service,



and a proactive attitude.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Structural engineering is required.
PhD in Structural Engineering with a specialization in Seismic Engineering and Structural Evaluation & Retrofit would be a plus.
A strong academic background and keen interest in Seismic Engineering, Structural Dynamics, and Finite Element Analysis are considered significant advantages.
An ideal candidate for this position will be someone with:
2-4 years of relevant experience.
Proficient in discipline-specific engineering techniques and design calculation principles.
Knowledgeable about applicable standards and codes, with a preference for candidates familiar with American standards.
Hands-on experience with CSI software such as ETABS, PROTECTED, and SAP2000.
Experience in Earthquake Engineering, Seismic Evaluations, and Retrofitting is an advantage.
