This role supports the smooth and accurate operation of warehouse, inventory, billing, and logistics activities in a fast-paced environment.
You will help coordinate daily shipments, receiving, inventory movements, documentation, and system updates.
The position plays an important role in maintaining accurate stock records and ensuring timely fulfillment of internal and customer requirements.
You will work closely with logistics, sales, production, vendors, and other internal teams to resolve operational issues.
The role also involves monitoring warehouse costs, preparing operational reports, and supporting continuous process improvements.
You will use systems such as SAP and Microsoft Office to maintain reliable data and support informed decision-making.

Accountabilities:
Coordinate daily warehouse and shipping activities, including order fulfillment, incoming materials, internal shipments, packaging, receiving, and routing items to the appropriate teams.
Ensure shipments, inventory transactions, work orders, and supporting documentation are accurate and completed on time.
Process the receipt and transfer of supplies and equipment through SAP while maintaining accurate system records.
Conduct monthly physical inventory counts, maintain inventory data, and support cycle counts, reconciliations, and investigation of discrepancies.
Prepare regular operational reports and statistics, including inbound/outbound status and dead-stock reporting.
Support warehouse financial management by providing budget information, monitoring expenditures, identifying variances, and contributing to corrective actions.
