About the Role
We’re growing our digital marketing capability and looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to help us build the team and shape how our digital channels perform. This is a founding-style hire: before the wider team exists, we need someone who can set up how the function works, build the team around them, and drive results personally in the meantime.

Day-to-Day, You Will
Lead and support a small team of digital marketing specialists, helping them deliver consistent, high-quality work across websites and digital channels.
Manage the performance of websites and digital channels, including paid and organic activity, making sure they meet commercial goals.
Use content marketing to improve search visibility, grow organic traffic and encourage customers to engage with our products.
