Job Summary




We are seeking a skilled Senior Analyst -Invoice to Cash (Finance Analyst) to join our GLBL ITC Transformation -Global Finance Services Division.
The incumbent would Provide timely and accurate daily Invoice to Cash (ITC) operational finance assignments and develop knowledge of Caterpillar’s procedures, philosophy, customers, dealers, organization and financial practices.
The preference for this role is to be based out of Bangalore, Whitefield Office
What you will do
Manage daily billing operations and invoice generation activities.
Has experience handling subscription-based billing in addition to miscellaneous invoicing
Investigate and resolve billing variances and exceptions
Be actively involved in leading the governance with BU and entities
Lead governance discussions with Business Units (BUs) and legal entities.
Coordinate review meetings and advise on potential areas of concern
Collaborate with audit partners and service providers on all audit
