This role is focused on building quality into the software development lifecycle through structured testing and quality engineering practices.
You will work closely with development and product teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective test strategies.
The position combines test planning, automation, continuous testing, and validation across large-scale distributed software environments.
You will contribute throughout the full project lifecycle, from requirements and design through implementation, execution, and evaluation.
The role offers the opportunity to work with contemporary engineering practices including Agile, DevOps, BDD, and automated testing frameworks.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams while taking ownership of quality engineering activities with minimal supervision.

Accountabilities
Participate in requirements gathering and software design phases to develop a thorough understanding of business requirements and ensure testing strategies address business needs.
Design comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, and quality engineering approaches aligned with project requirements.
Implement established quality engineering processes throughout the software development lifecycle, including planning, design, implementation, execution, and evaluation.
Develop and execute automated and manual testing activities across large-scale, distributed software environments.
Apply behavior-driven development and automation practices to improve test coverage, repeatability, and software quality.
