Your Role
As an PU1 Support,



you will play a critical role in supporting and maintaining enterprise applications used in Hydro Water Generation and Hydroelectric Power Operations environments. You will work closely with business users, vendors, and technology teams to ensure application stability, resolve incidents, perform configurations, and drive continuous operational improvements.
In this role, you will:

Provide application and techno-functional support for enterprise applications in power generation operations.
Troubleshoot incidents, analyze issues, and coordinate resolutions with internal teams and external vendors.
Perform application configurations and resolve small to medium complexity issues independently.
Monitor application performance and ensure service availability and operational efficiency.
Support incident management, problem management, and root cause analysis activities.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand operational requirements and support business-critical processes.
