You will help enterprise customers evaluate, deploy, and successfully adopt sophisticated data platform solutions.
The role combines hands-on troubleshooting with architectural consulting and technical leadership throughout customer evaluations.
You will collaborate closely with sales, presales, professional services, engineering, and support teams.
You’ll contribute to proofs of concept, migration initiatives, production deployments, and strategic technical projects.

Accountabilities




Lead and support customer proof-of-concept and evaluation activities, ensuring successful technical validation and deployment.
Serve as a trusted technical advisor during technology evaluations, providing guidance on architecture, deployment, configuration, and design.
Troubleshoot complex deployment and operational issues in partnership with field sales, technical presales, engineering, support, and professional services teams.
Support customers migrating from legacy data platforms and help guide them toward successful production adoption.
Develop deep expertise in the product portfolio and translate technical capabilities into practical solutions for customer requirements.
Consult with professional services teams on post-sales deployment, onboarding, and implementation activities.
Design and execute strategic technical projects and initiatives that support business and customer objectives.
