Job Summary: JLL is seeking an experienced Finishing Engineer to manage and oversee all finishing aspects of our mixed-use development construction project in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Finishing within the construction industry and experience with various document management systems. This role is crucial in ensuring efficient information flow,
maintaining accurate records, and supporting project compliance and transparency.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain a comprehensive finishing system for the project
Manage the receipt, registration, distribution, and filing of all project documents
Ensure all documents are properly coded, indexed, and stored according to project standards
Maintain version control and track document revisions throughout the project lifecycle
Coordinate document reviews and approvals among various project stakeholders
Prepare and distribute regular document status reports to the project team
Manage access rights and security for project documentation
Assist in the preparation and compilation of project reports, presentations, and other deliverables
Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with document control procedures
Provide training and support to team members on document control processes and systems
