This is a performance-focused creative strategy role centered on paid social advertising, with Meta as the primary channel.
You’ll turn customer insights, advertising data, and consumer psychology into concepts that capture attention and drive measurable conversions.
Your responsibilities will span creative ideation, direct-response copy, performance analysis, testing, and detailed creative briefing.
You’ll work closely with designers, video editors, UGC creators, and performance marketing specialists to bring winning concepts to life.
While the role also contributes to landing pages, website messaging, and organic content, paid advertising performance remains the core priority.
You’ll have the autonomy to test ideas, identify opportunities, and continuously improve the creative system based on evidence rather than personal preference.

Accountabilities
Develop high-performing paid social concepts, hooks, angles, scripts, and creative ideas primarily for Meta campaigns.
Write persuasive direct-response copy across both short- and long-form advertising formats, applying frameworks such as AIDA and PAS.
Analyse ad account performance, winning creative patterns, competitor approaches, emerging trends, and audience behaviour to identify opportunities for iteration.
Translate performance insights into detailed, actionable briefs for designers, video editors, and UGC creators.
Test, iterate, and optimise creative assets based on measurable performance data, prioritising conversion and commercial outcomes.
Identify and replicate winning creative structures while developing meaningful variations for ongoing testing.
