Job Description Summary
The Graduate Engineer Trainee – Manufacturing will support manufacturing operations and engineering activities while developing practical, hands-on experience in a production environment. The role will work closely with experienced engineers and cross-functional teams to support manufacturing processes, Recent Product Introduction (NPI), process improvements, fixtures and tooling, quality, productivity, and EHS initiatives.

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Support manufacturing engineering activities for existing products and New Product Introduction (NPI).
Work with experienced engineers and production teams to understand manufacturing processes, identify issues, and support practical solutions.




Assist with manufacturing process documentation, part routings, work standards, and process changes.
Support the development and improvement of fixtures, tooling, and manufacturing aids.
Participate in process improvement activities focused on safety, quality, productivity, cycle time, lead time, and cost.
Participate in Lean and continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing operations.
Assist in analyzing production and quality issues and support implementation of corrective and improvement actions.
Support engineering trials, process validation activities, data collection, and documentation as required.
Work with Production, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, EHS, and other cross-functional teams on manufacturing activities.
Support manufacturing engineering projects and track assigned actions to completion.
Interact with suppliers and vendors, as required, with guidance from experienced team members.
