Senior Associate, R&D; Business Analysis Team
What you will do
In this role,



you will be an experienced individual contributor within the R&D; Business Analysis Team, supporting enterprise analytics and workforce transformation initiatives through hands-on data analysis, modeling, and insight generation. You will work under the guidance of Managers and Senior Managers while building strong analytical, financial, and business acumen.
You will contribute to analytics delivery across the value journey, including development of resource, financial, and capability baselines; analytics data packs; business cases; and value confirmation and realization. You will also collaborate with Technology partners to support automation and continuous improvement efforts, contributing to the development of sustainable analytics platforms that enable ongoing transformation.
