Job Description – PMC / Warehouse Executive
Role Purpose
To ensure effective coordination and control of materials, inventory, karigaar workflow and related operational processes within Z-Studio, enabling smooth prototype development, material availability, traceability and timely movement of materials and products.
The role will act as a key coordination point for material planning, inventory control, documentation, karigaar-related processes and operational discipline, with a solid focus on accuracy and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
1. Material & Inventory Management
Manage day-to-day inventory of materials and stock associated with Z-Studio activities.
Ensure systematic recording and tracking of material receipts, issues, transfers and returns.
Maintain material accountability and support regular reconciliation of physical and recorded stock.
Ensure appropriate control and custody of valuable materials and secure storage areas.
2. Material Planning & Procurement Coordination
Identify material requirements based on prototype and product development needs.




Coordinate ordering of diamonds and other materials required for Z-Studio prototypes.
Monitor material requirements and availability to support timely execution of work.
Manage ordering and replenishment of workshop consumables and stationery as required.
3. Karigaar & Workflow Coordination
Maintain relevant records of karigaar allocation, material issues, work status and material returns.
Track movement of work and materials to support smooth workflow and timely completion.
Ensure appropriate documentation and accountability throughout the karigar workflow.
4. BOM & Process Data Management
Maintain and update relevant BOM and material-related data.
Ensure alignment between approved requirements, material issued and material consumed wherever applicable.
Maintain accurate operational records required for tracking and reconciliation.
5. In-warding & Dispatch Control
