Overview:
This opening is for the Digital Engineering Methods, Process, and Adoption (DEMPA) team at Collins Aerospace,
focused on advancing Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) practices. The role requires a total of 3 to 7 years of experience in cyber-physical system modeling with expertise in tools such as Cameo, MATLAB, and Simulink. Candidates will contribute to the implementation of Digital Engineering capabilities, including the Digital Thread, to enable end-to-end lifecycle integration, enhance model-based architectures, and drive innovation through advanced system modeling and simulation.
Domain Knowledge & Skills:
Experienced in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools, methodologies, and workflows.
Proficient in functional and logical decomposition of systems and development of requirements.
Skilled in transitioning from document-based to model-based architectures.
Implemented model-based architecture and engineering methods and standards.
