You will be responsible for coordinating and enabling the Site Asset & Technology Leader in driving asset reliability, maintenance, infrastructure and facilities performance to support the delivery of site SQCDSM targets.

The role will focus on ensuring reliable plant equipment, process technology, infrastructure and facilities, while driving effective MRO management, maintenance planning, budget utilization, inventory management and productivity initiatives. You will also ensure uninterrupted site operations through compliance with local legal regulations, Quality, Health, Safety & Setting standards and Mondelēz manufacturing requirements.

How You Will Contribute
You will:
Asset, Maintenance & Infrastructure Management
Coordinate the execution of preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance activities for plant equipment, process technology, infrastructure, buildings and facilities.




Drive maintenance of site infrastructure and facilities, ensuring timely execution of preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective actions.
Support asset reliability and loss prevention initiatives to minimize breakdowns, downtime and equipment-related losses.
Implement and sustain IL6S/TPM ways of working, including Progressive Maintenance, Autonomous Maintenance, Condition-Based Monitoring (CBM), lubrication management, calibration, visual controls and loss elimination.
Partner with the PM and operations teams to identify maintenance requirements, validate priorities and ensure timely closure of actions.
MRO & Inventory Management
Manage and track MRO requirements, consumption, availability and inventory, ensuring the right materials are available to support maintenance activities.
Review and validate MRO requirements raised by maintenance/PM teams based on business need, equipment criticality and inventory availability.
