What will you contribute?
Reporting to the Global Head of Data Governance, this position will play a key role on the Enterprise Data Governance team, supporting the implementation and ongoing development of data governance initiatives across Finastra. It involves both business and technical responsibilities, with an emphasis on assisting in the development, configuration, and maintenance of Finastra’s enterprise data governance systems. This team will help drive a global transformation Finastra’s data governance program, which will not only meet and exceed security, regulatory and compliance requirements, but also accelerate innovation in the development of data, analytic and AI products,



unlocking recent opportunities for monetization.
Responsibilities & Deliverables
Business Domain Leadership
Develop a comprehensive understanding of assigned business domains, including business processes, objectives, regulatory requirements, and key performance indicators.
Partner with business leaders to identify strategic data opportunities and challenges.
Act as the primary Data Office representative for assigned domains.
Facilitate alignment between business priorities and enterprise data initiatives.
Data Domain Management
Establish and maintain data domain structures, ownership models, and governance processes.
Define and manage domain roadmaps aligned to enterprise data strategy.
Drive accountability for data assets, critical data elements (CDEs), and metadata within assigned domains.
Promote domain-centric operating models and data product thinking across the organization.
